Working closely with Chrysler has allowed for the seamless integration of our conversion with the latest in automotive engineering and technology that results in a superior, fully integrated design.

The VW Routan modification may include:

• A lowered floor that extends from the rear bumper towards the front of the minivan:
  − Width: 31" − Length: 88"
  − Height at Wheelchair Seating Position: 57.5"

• Aluminum, non-slip, wide, bi-fold ramp
• Comfortable second row ambulatory seating using VW Routan seats (7- or 8-passenger) or a variety of aftermarket options to increase the width between seats

• Modification is fully CMVSS certified (excellent crash test results)
• Whisper-quiet stainless steel exhaust system
• Non-slip Altro flooring
• Retractable occupant wheelchair tie-downs included

A Long Conversion is available for the VW Routan. However, with the Long Conversion, the OEM VW seats cannot be used. Here are the available seating options for the VW Long Conversion: A) No Seating in 2nd Row, B) Chrysler Seats Installed in 2nd Row, C) Aftermarket Seats Installed in 2nd Row.
